Our competition team dancers receive a well-rounded weekly schedule designed to build strength, technique, and stage readiness. Each week includes one jumps and turns class, one strength and conditioning class, one ballet technique class, one acrobatics class, one mandatory competition rehearsal class, and one elective class of the dancer’s choice.

This package includes a total of six hours of instruction per week. Additional classes can be added and will have a large discount towards the tiers above, allowing dancers to further tailor their training to their goals.
